Transport, diverse shopping facilities, boutiques, international restaurants, swimming pools, theatres, museums, opera houses and concert halls are right outside the front door or can be reached on foot.
Volleyball, basketball, football, table tennis, bodybuilding and yoga are available in Monbijou Park, and there is also an outdoor swimming pool for children.
