With the modernly furnished apartments starting at 21 square meters and many extras (e.g. free high-speed Internet, concierge service, barbecue area in the courtyard, etc.) you can enjoy the real lifestyle close to the university. A REWE store is located directly on the first floor of the building and a Lidl is next door. All apartments have free high-speed Internet access. There is also a hotspot for outdoor internet access.

The rent includes all additional costs such as water, heating and electricity. So you have your expenses under control!

Besides a pillow and a blanket, bed linen is included. Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with a TV and a cable connection. In the washing center in the basement our residents can wash and dry their clothes at prices far below those of the public washing centers in the city.

Safety is our top priority! Therefore, in addition to the usual doorbell with intercom and smoke detector in each apartment, the house also has an electronic locking system and concierge service.

The environment is very important to us. That is why we have installed an automatic lighting and electricity network in our apartments, which is activated by a card. You can simply swipe the card when leaving the apartment and make sure that everything is turned off.
