The Space
The apartment is 7 steps above street level and has its own private entrance. It can easily accommodate as many as three adults or a couple with two small children.
The interior has been completely renovated: the oak floor of the unified space and its exposed stone wall combine to superb effect.
The furniture, designed along ultra-modern lines, consists of a two-seater sofa bed, a vintage armchair, a dining table seating four, which can also be used as a workspace, and a double bed. The walk-in closet has a glass door and offers ample storage space for clothing and other items.
The Italian design functional kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, ceramic 4-burner cooktop, coffeemaker, etc. along with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware.
The studio’s amenities include a bathroom with a shower, as well as A/C, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi & wired Internet connection; bed linens & towels are provided, as well as a complimentary eco-friendly toiletries pack.
