Please note: Between October 30 and November 15, improvements will be made to the exterior of the building at 538 R. da Boa Vista. None of these improvements will affect the normal use of the apartments. We would like to warn you that there will be noise from workers on the outside during the hours permitted by the Noise Law, between 8am and 10pm.

- Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, you will be charged a fee of 15€.
- Check-outs end at 11am; after that time, you will be charged midnight and if you want to check out after 2pm, you will be charged a full night's stay.
- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.
- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).
- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.
- The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 euros per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the reservation fee).

Within a radius of 5 km you can visit the historical and centenary LELLO BOOKSTORE and one of the BEAUTY Mc Donald's in the WORLD, located in an old bank, on the Avenida dos ALIADOS. If you want to explore further, stop by the famous ESTAÇÃO DE BENTO, once a convent, where you can catch a tourist TRAIN and see the beautiful landscapes on the banks of the Douro River

To drink COCKTAILS with your fellow travellers, you can go to the most famous BOÉMIAS streets, the Paris Galleries that come alive after 11pm. It has several bars with different styles, so you can try each one, from fado, pop, rock and 80s.
