- the flat is situated at the top floor (5th). No elevator
- Building built in Hamburger traditional red bricks in the 1950's. Flat itself was built in 1996 and has been renovated regularly since 2004 (2011: complete new roof and thermal insulation, 2013 complete and modern kitchen with lots of glass elements, end 2016 new heating system which can be programmed etc, April 2017 new bathtub with extra "shower" zone.). Stairway refreshed in Summer 2018.
