Your accommodation, which is very extensively and modernly furnished, includes approx. 80 square meters of living space and a converted attic, which is not included in the living space. The floor plan of the apartment is divided into a large living/dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a box-spring bed that is 180 cm wide, a fully equipped kitchen, a dressing room, a large bathroom and two further rooms in the attic. In the modern daylight bathroom, you can relax in a hot bath after a busy day at the fair and enjoy the last rays of sunshine on your south-facing balcony.

You can get to the city's hotspots in just a few minutes by public transport. Messe Düsseldorf is only 11 km away and Cologne can also be reached quickly via the nearby A46. There is plenty of space for up to four people in the accommodation. The accommodation has been freshly renovated and refurnished for maximum comfort. A separate entrance ensures optimum privacy.
