It consists of 4 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds each and the others with 1 single bed each, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a spacious living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a table with chairs, and a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. The living room opens to a private terrace with amazing views of the Barcelona center and it is equipped with tables and chairs. Thanks to its central emplacement, you can easily reach the center of Barcelona. This apartment is the best solution for family or friends that come to visit Barcelona.

This spacious apartment in Barcelona is situated in one of the most charming areas of the city center, just a few minutes away from Parc de la Ciutadella, one of the most beautiful parks in all of Barcelona, and close to the neighborhood of El Born where many of the main sights of the city are situated. This downtown area provide all amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, shops of all kinds and also has bars and international restaurants. From this part of the city you can reach both the historical center (5 minutes) and the beaches (10 minutes) both walk to public transport.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.

- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).

- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
