It is a bright apartment with balconies facing the street, and it is located in a neighborhood with numerous gastronomic and leisure proposals. Expenses are included in the price: electricity, water, natural gas, internet 1G and weekly cleaning of common areas. The flat has smart TV and young international atmosphere.

⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS:

🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.

🕑Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days)
🕑 Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days)
🕑 Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80€. (It's not possible to check-in after 22:00h)

🧽 One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 40€

🦹 Visitors staying more than one night: 30€/night
