There is one separate bedroom with a double bed and two closets, the living room and kitchen is one big room equipped with dining table and chairs, and also a pulled out sofa that works as another double bed.
Morover, there is a technical room with a washing machine and ironing utilities. Bathroom consists of a toilet, bath and two washbasins.

It is only 300 meters from the National Museum, Wenceslas Square is 600 meters away. You can also use the tram lines 11 and 13 in the direction of Muzeum, or I Pavlova or Flora, and also a handy bus No.135 /station: Na Smetance/ direction to Florenc or náměstí Míru /within 5 minutes.
Upon handing over the 2nd bundle of keys, a security deposit of € 200 / CZK 5,000 / is required against the document to cover any loss or destruction or exchange of keys. The deposit is then returned at the end of the rental period and the return of the same number of keys.
