Private studio with community 2nd and 3rd floor balcony (8 am- 9 pm). Walking distance to the beach... across the street, walk along the fence to the ramp and then your toes are in the sand!** Laundry on the same floor. Trash receptacle area in the corner of the parking lot. 1-assigned parking spot in lot at rear.

- The apartment is fixed with a smoke detector alarm, as well as a carbon monoxide alarm. If it is to go off, please don't freak out. Let us know. Feel free to take apart the alarm by pulling back the opening and taking the batteries out. There are resources online. Thank you for your understanding :)
