Please be aware of ongoing building works next door, believed to occur during lawful hours in the UK.
Guests with walking difficulties should reconsider renting this (hidden) as it is located on the second floor and may be strenuous for some.
A special lithium fire extinguisher is present; removal will result in a £50 fine.
