Non sarà possibile richiedere il permesso di soggiorno perché non è un contratto residenziale ma un contratto di ospitalità per motivi di studio. Le utenze di luce e acqua sono stimate e non reali quindi ad eventuale fattura più alta della stima iniziale verrà suddivisa equamente agli inquilini.
