L'appartement se situe en haut d'une colline, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison. Il donne sur notre grand jardin et est donc très calme. Il possède une entrée indépendante. Chauffage central, doubles vitrages, VMC. Non fumeur.
L'arrêt de bus La dame Blanche de la ligne 16 est à 50m de notre maison et il est assez facile de se garer à proximité. Les lignes de bus principales M2 et M4 sont à 5 mn à pied, M6 et M4 (un autre arrêt) à 10 mn, toutes en descente à l'aller et une belle montée au retour :).
Il y a un supermarché à moins de 10 mn à pied, avec une belle descente-remontée comme pour les lignes principales de bus.
L'appartement est composé :
• d'une cuisine/ salle à manger avec évier, cuisinière au gaz et four électrique, réfrigérateur-congélateur, four micro-ondes, table, chaises, banc et meubles de rangement, vaisselle
• d'une salle de bain avec WC, lavabo, baignoire, meubles
• d'un bureau/chambre avec un lit simple (un lit double peut être installé à la place si vous êtes deux personnes), un bureau, une penderie, commode, table basse. Cette pièce a été refaite à neuf murs et plafond à l'été 2021,
• d'un couloir avec placards de rangement et d'un hall d'entrée.
Il est nécessaire de disposer d'un téléphone 4G pour avoir la connexion internet. Nous sommes 3 personnes dans la maison (parents, fille de 12 ans) et notre fille aînée de 16 ans est en Inde actuellement. Nous pourrons partager des moments ensemble ou vous laissez totalement tranquille. Si vous souhaitez faire des soirées avec du monde (forcément un peu bruyantes), il faudra juste nous demander avant pour que nous vérifions si la date ne pose pas de problème en fonction des dates d'examens de notre fille qui a sa chambre juste au-dessus de l'appartement.
Le jardin est accessible librement. Le lave-linge est utilisable une fois par semaine au garage sur demande.
Le loyer comprend votre assurance habitation (MAIF) et un service de ménage. Le service de ménage est optionnel si vous nous montrez que vous entretenez bien l'appartement.
ENGLISH
The apartment (38m²) consists of a two-rooms flat on the ground floor of our house. It overlooks on our big garden, so it is very quiet. It has a private entrance. It is non smoking only. It has CMV (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation), central heating, double windows.
The flat is located at the top of a hill in a quiet residential area, not far from the city-center (15 min walk or 10 minutes by bus line 16).
Bus line 16 is at 50 meter from the house. Main bus lines M2, M4 and M6 are 5-10 mn walking, but hilly. There is a supermarket at 10 mn walking, hilly too :).
The flat is composed of:
• a small entrance.
• a kitchen/dining room with a sink, a fridge, a freezer, a gas stove, an oven, a micro-wave oven, a table, chairs, crockery, storage.
• a study bedroom with a desk, a single bed (a double bed can be installed instead if there are two of you) and different storage. This room has been renovated (walls and ceiling) in summer 2021
• a bathroom with toilet, sink and bath, storage
• a corridor with a big wall cupboard
Garden is free to use. Washing machine in the garage is accessible once a week on request.
It is necessary to have a 4G connection for the internet. Foreign student welcome ! We are a four people family (parents and two girls of 16th and 12th y.o.) but for now th oldest on is in India. We would be happy to share moments with you if and only if you wish it.
If you want to have parties with other people (which are bound to be a bit noisy :), you will have to ask us beforehand so that we can check whether the date would pose a problem depending on the exam dates of our daughter, who has her room just above the flat.
The price of location includes home insurance, so you do not have to manage it before arriving in France, and a cleaning service. Cleaning service is optional if you show us that you take good care of the flat.
