Moderno trilocale di circa 140mq con due camere da letto e due bagni, all’interno di un palazzo d’epoca strategicamente posizionato tra le fermate metro di Lima, Porta Venezia e Loreto e a pochi passi da Corso Buenos Aires, una delle vie principali dello shopping milanese e via di accesso al centro città.
L'appartamento è stato totalmente ristrutturato e rinnovato negli arredi nel 2015 e si caratterizza per essere all’interno di un palazzo in stile Liberty risalente ai primi anni del ‘900 con motivi scultorei che ne adornano la facciata.
Dopo lo spazioso disimpegno di ingresso, arredato con due divani affiancati, si entra in cucina attrezzata con un tavolo per otto persone, due piastre elettriche, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, bollitore e stoviglie.
Da qui, percorrendo il corridoio, si ha accesso a tutti gli altri ambienti della casa:
- una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio a quattro ante
- una camera con due letti singoli ed armadio ad una anta
- un luminoso soggiorno con due divani letto francesi (1.40 cm) e porta finestre che apre su un bel balcone ad angolo decorato in stile liberty, corrente artistica cara alla borghesia milanese di inizio ‘900.
- due bagni, uno con vasca ed uno con doccia
- un ripostiglio con lavatrice
La pavimentazione è in Kerlite (cotto d'Este), i lampadari di Artemide conferiscono una nota di design agli ambienti.
In questo appartamento sono ammesse non più di sei persone.

Modern apartment of 140 sqm with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in a historic building strategically located between the metro stations of Lima, Porta Venezia and Loreto and just a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main shopping streets in Milan and easy access to the city centre.
The apartment has been totally renovated and refurbished in 2015 and is located in an Art Nouveau style building dating back to the early '900 with sculpture adorning the façade.
After a spacious hall, furnished with sofas on both sides, you enter the kitchen with a table for eight people, induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and crockery.
From here take the corridor to access to all the other rooms of the house:
- A double bedroom with wardrobe closet
- A second bedroom with two single beds and a closet
- A living room with two sofa beds (140 cm) and windows which open on a nice corner balcony decorated in Art Nouveau style, artistic movement particularly loved by local bourgeoisie of the early 20th century.
- Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower
- A storeroom with washing machine
The floor is made of Kerlite (cotto d'Este) in all environments, the chandeliers are by the famous brand Artemide and they lend a note of design to the modern apartment.
No more than six people are allowed in this apartment.
