Increíble piso recién renovado y con muebles a estrenar. Está situado en el barrio de La Latina, solo a unos pasos del Palacio Real y Calle Mayor. Es un hermoso piso de 8 habitaciones, la mayoría con balcón con vistas a la calle. Tiene 2 cuartos de baño completos, muy amplios. El piso tiene un salón amueblado con televisor de pantalla plana y una cocina totalmente equipada.La Latina es un barrio conocido por sus edificios, caracterizados por balcones y ventanas de estilo renacentista, lo que lo hace muy auténtico. Es perfecto para jóvenes estudiantes y trabajadores que vienen a Madrid, ya que aquí tienen todo lo que necesitan (tiendas y supermercados), y mucho más. La Latina is a neighbourhood known for its characteristic buildings and balconies, which makes it very authentic. It's perfect for young students and workers coming to Madrid. Here they can find everything they need (shops and supermakets), and much more. There's a lot of places where you can have a coffee, explore El Rastro or enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Another good thing about this neighbourhood is the public transportation, here you will find La Latina, Sol and Ópera metro stations.
