Bright apartment for temporary rental in the Eixample, fully equipped. The apartment is located between Passeig de Gràcia and Plaza de Tetuán, a privileged area within Barcelona due to its good location. We have the best shops in Barcelona on Passeig de Gràcia, a large number of good restaurants on the Ramblas or two emblems of the city such as Plaza Catalunya and the Arc de Triomf just 5-10 minutes away on foot.
This beautiful house has 138 square meters , very well distributed among all the rooms that make it up. In addition, as we have mentioned, the apartment stands out for the light that enters from colored modernist windows , which give it a unique appearance. The living room is quite spacious and even has a nice piano, perfect for music lovers. Right next to it we find the dining room with its table and chairs, which give access to the independent kitchen that has been recently renovated and has all the necessary appliances and utensils. The flat has four bedrooms and all of them have a double bed and a wardrobe, in addition to having 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
Communication being in the center is perfect, since we have many metro stops nearby , the closest being Girona, Tetuán and Passeig de Gràcia. It also has different bus lines nearby that connect with the rest of the city.
