This cozy and modern 40m2 apartment has everything you need during your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Upon entering you are greeted by the bright living room with integrated kitchen. It is a comfortable and tastefully decorated space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home.
The en-suite bedroom has a double bed, upholstered back and a spacious closet. The bathroom is modern and has a shower.
The apartment has wifi.

Its location is excellent, it is located in Ciutat Vella, a few meters from Avenida Paralelo and Avenida Drassanes, where some tourist attractions such as the Maritime Museum of Barcelona or the monument to Columbus are located. Surrounded by all kinds of services such as supermarkets, local stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
It is very close to Ronda Litoral, the port of Barcelona and the Maremagnum shopping center. It is also very close to the mountain of Montjuic, ideal for sports and outdoor activities.
The nearest station is "Paral-lel" (L3) located 2 minutes walking.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
