The living room is very comfortable and spacious, has access to a cozy balcony overlooking the courtyard and background, the Mediterranean.
The kitchen is independent, it is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from home. It also has a small dining room where you can enjoy quick meals.
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, each with closet available to store everything you need. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and 600mb fiber optic.

The location is ideal, Poblenou has become one of the preferred neighborhoods in Barcelona. The apartment is located at the intersection of Carrer de Provençals. A few steps from the apartment, there is a beautiful green promenade next to the sea, perfect for outdoor activities and sports.
This neighborhood is becoming very popular thanks to its lively and modern atmosphere and the 22@ area. In addition, it is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Nova Mar Bella beach.
The nearest station "Selva Mar" (L4) is located at 7 minutes walking distance.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
