This cute coconut apartment is situated just minutes away from the beach! Its modern and trendy design gives the space a luxurious feeling. The interiors have a bright and full light, giving the apartment an alluring energy.

This room offers a comfortable double bed giving you lots of space, a spacious closet with ample space for storage, and everything you bring to it! The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed sleeping 2 comfortably.
The neighborhood is highly peaceful and calm, which creates the perfect scenery for outside activities. On foot, you can easily reach the bus stop, the nearby park where you can hang out with friends and family, and the beach is just minutes away, which makes it a very convenient location.
Please be advised of the following:
- Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Transfer service and private tours are available upon request.
- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).
- For bookings for more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
