DUPLEX APARTMENT WITH TERRACE | IN BORN, BARCELONA

This exquisite duplex apartment with a terrace is perfect for a couple seeking a stylish and very comfortable space in the cultural center of Barcelona – El Born. On the first floor, you will find a modern kitchen, the bathroom, and a lovely common area designed with bright white furniture (cozy couch, soft shag rug, dining room table for 2) contrasting nicely with the wooden beams in the ceiling.

The sleeping area, on the second floor, is with beautiful polished wooden floors. The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and two pretty nightstands. This duplex apartment also comes with a gorgeous community terrace with a wooden table and benches, perfect for breakfast outside on a sunny day.

The apartment boasts an unbeatable location in the el Born neighborhood, just steps from the famous Arc de Triomf, La Ciutadella Park, and the Museu Picasso. This area of Barcelona is also known for its fantastic little streets lined with boutique shops and for its stunning plazas. We recommend visiting the nearby Placa de Sant Agusti Vell and having a leisurely lunch at Santagustina restaurant. Or visit the Santa Caterina market and buy some fresh ingredients to prepare at home.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month

8.-Arrivals policy:

Monday to Friday:
15h - 18:30: Free of charge
18:30 - 21:00: 30€
21:00 - 23:00: 50€
23h or after: under request

Weekends and public holidays:
15h - 21:00: 30€
21:00 - 23:00: 50€
23h or after: under request

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.

- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).

- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
