Once upon a time, this vintage building known as The Riviera, was a hotel! This unit & only a few lucky other units share the beautiful views that are from this 3rd story studio. With a modest 430 sqft, the view will most definitely be your favorite part of the unit. Imagine getting sleepy, watching the city lights, and listening to the waves crash. A queen-sized firm mattress with a down feather topper on the wood sleigh bed. Down comforter. Community balcony outside the front door. Lots of name-brand stuff. New bevel-edged subway tiled shower enclosure. Sheer & block out window shades. Easy access! Contact the host within 24 hours of your stay to receive the codes for both entry to bldg & unit. Private studio with community 2nd and 3rd floor balcony (8 am- 9 pm). Walking distance to the beach... across the street, walk along the fence to the ramp and then your toes are in the sand!** Laundry on the same floor. Trash receptacle area in the corner of the parking lot. 1-assigned parking spot in lot at rear.

- The apartment is fixed with a smoke detector alarm, as well as a carbon monoxide alarm. If it is to go off, please don't freak out. Let us know. Feel free to take apart the alarm by pulling back the opening and taking the batteries out. There are resources online. Thank you for your understanding :)
