If you select a check out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month.
If you select a check out date from the 15th to the end of the monthYou will pay until the end of the month.
Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. Of course, pillows, bed sheets, and small items such as a bedside table and a small lamp are always included.
It’s more than just a co-living apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy place. You will find a place to store your food and a microwave for emergency food heat-ups. 2 shared bathrooms among 5 rooms. A fully-equipped kitchen, with a fridge, washing machine, and other appliances.
This co-living apartment is perfect if you love to have your own space and to live in a community full of people. It has 6 rooms, meaning you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. A couple of minutes away from the metro station of Saldanha, where you will be able to move around the town easily.
Lisbon is one of the most sought out cities right now, for its culture, climate, and residents warm welcoming nature. You will find many restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches to relax or even surf in the summer. Residential, yet the perfect starting point to start your life in Lisbon.
Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing)
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
WE DO NOT CHECK IN ON THE WEEKEND (Saturday and Sunday).
