In the heart of Milan, just 200 meters from Piazza Affari, this elegant and modern four-room apartment, equipped with air conditioning, is very quiet, as it overlooks an internal courtyard, completely renovated and furnished in 2021 with attention to details such as design objects, ergonomic nets, latex memory mattresses, and wardrobes, offers quality accommodation for up to 5 people. Immerse yourself in the "Milanese" way of life! The space consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Each bedroom has 2 single beds that can easily become double, upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and dishes. Each bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and welcome bag!

Facilities: towels, sheets, duvets, and blankets. In the comfortable and elegant living room double sofa bed and 55" led smart TV with Netflix and other multimedia services. In the laundry room there is a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. FREE WIFI AVAILABLE! It is characterized by the privacy of the two double or twin rooms, according to the needs of the guests, each equipped with its own bathroom.

Check-in is available at all times, but a surcharge may be required based on arrival time. Payment of €35 will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while on Saturdays and holidays the supplement will be applied at any time.
IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Milan (children under 18 years are exempt); the cost is 2 euros per person per day which will have to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Electricity costs are no longer covered with the rental price from 01.03.2020. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The total cost per Kw of electricity in Italy is about 0.45 €/kWh, which must be paid at check-out.

Nel cuore di Milano, a soli 200 metri da Piazza Affari, questo elegante e moderno quadrilocale, dotato di impianto di aria condizionata , molto silenzioso, poiché affaccia su un cortile interno, completamente ristrutturato ed arredato nel 2021 con attenzione ai dettagli quali: oggetti di design, reti ergonomiche, materassi in lattice memory e armadi silenziosi, offre alloggio di qualità per un massimo di 5 persone. Immergiti nella vita "alla milanese"! Lo spazio e composto da 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno e cucina. Ogni stanza da letto ha 2 letti singoli che facilmente possono diventare matrimoniali, su richiesta. La cucina è completamente attrezzata: frigo, macchina per il caffè Nespresso, bollitore, forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane e stoviglie. Ogni bagno é dotato di doccia, asciugacapelli e kit di benvenuto!

A disposizione: asciugamani, lenzuola, piumini e coperte. Nel soggiorno confortevole ed elegante divano letto matrimoniale e smart TV 55” LED con Netflix e altri servizi multimediali, in lavanderia aspirapolvere, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, asse e ferro da stiro.
WIFI GRATUITA DISPONIBILE! Si caratterizza per la privacy delle due camere matrimoniali o doppie, in base alle esigenze degli ospiti, ciascuna dotata del suo bagno personale.

Il check-in è disponibile in tutte le ore, ma può essere richiesto un supplemento in base all’orario di arrivo. Sarà richiesto il pagamento di 35€ dopo le 19:00 durante i giorni feriali mentre sabato e festivi il supplemento verrà applicato a qualsiasi ora.
IMPORTANTE - Si prega di notare che sarà richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal Comune di Milano (bambini / ragazzi sotto i 18 anni sono esenti); il costo è di 2 euro a persona al giorno che si dovrà pagare in contanti al momento del check-in.

Le spese di elettricità non sono più coperte con il prezzo di affitto dal 01.03.2020. I contatori dell’energia elettrica saranno letti al momento del check-in e del checkout per questi scopi. Il costo complessivo per Kw di energia elettrica in Italia è circa 0,45 €/kWh, che dovranno essere pagati al momento del check-out.
