Questo piccolo ma molto accogliente monolocale vi farà sentire a casa. Appena ristrutturato a nuovo, in soli 16 metri quadrati dispone di tutto ciò si possa aver bisogno per un piacevole soggiorno.
Non appena entrati, sulla sinistra, si trova la cucina completamente attrezzata, con microonde, fornello e lavandino.
Accanto a essa, è situato il bagno, completo di doccia e piccolo lavabo. A destra dell'ingresso si trova il letto soppalcato, sotto il quale è posto un comodo divano letto. Il soggiorno è composto da un tavolino con due sedie e la TV a schermo piatto è situata accanto alla grande finestra, dalla quale entra una piacevole luce naturale. Di fronte al tavolino si trova un armadio dove poter riporre i propri vestiti.
