The house is located in a safe and vibrant village in northern Bavaria, only 100m from the Main River. Cities such as Frankfurt am Main, Darmstadt, Mainz, or Würzburg are comfortable commute (within the hour door to door by car). The area is often sought by for vacations and boasts hiking trails, public pools, museums etc. Kindergarten is one minute from the house.
