Das Haus ist für sein Alter (BJ 1936, letzte Sanierung 2011) in einem guten Zustand. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche gibt es einen Zugang auf eine Terrasse und vom Wohn- und Esszimmer aus in den Garten. Das Haus hat zwei Badezimmer (im EG mit Badewanne und separater Duschkabine, im OG mit Duschkabine und separatem WC) und zwei Schlafzimmer (in einem ein 160 cm Bett, im anderen ein 90 cm Bett). Im OG befindet sich neben den Schlafzimmern eine große Dachterrasse.

Es können gerne Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Im Keller gibt es eine neue Waschmaschine.

Ca. 300 m entfernt liegt die S-Bahnstation Stuttgart Sommerrain, von der aus man in 9 Minuten direkt zum Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof kommt und in 37 Minuten direkt zum Flughafen.

Es gilt ein absolutes Rauchverbot im gesamten Haus.

Die Immobilie befindet sich in belebter Wohnlage in Stuttgart. In direkter Nähe haben Sie einige Möglichkeiten, den öffentlichen Nah- und Fernverkehr zu nutzen. In the cellar there is a washing machine.

The S-Bahn station Stuttgart Sommerrain is located only 300m away, taking you to the main railway station in 9 minutes and to airport in 37.

There is no smoking in the entire house.
