Our beautiful apartment AM WEINBERG is on Wunderflat in the months of September - mid-December and early Jan - beginning of April bookable. Bookable all year round and for shorter stays on other well-known online portals.

The 2-family house was completed in 2021 in the wine-growing village of Pfaffenweiler in the Schneckental, about 7 km from Freiburg. The house is located on a slope on the edge of the vineyards. Ideal for walking, Nordic walking, jogging, cycling and beautiful walks in the Black Forest. The forest is 5 minutes walk away.

The 119 m² apartment is fully equipped, modern furnishings and can be moved out of the suitcase. Everything is there. (Kitchen utensils, microwave, stove, dishwasher, towels, washing machine, dryer, bed linen, candles, flat screen TV with satellite programs and Netflix ... and much more).

The spacious and open living/kitchen/dining room with 54m² offers all the luxury you could wish for. A comfortable couch invites you to linger, with a view of nature. Here you can let your soul dangle. In the newly installed high-quality kitchen, cooking with modern appliances will be really fun and the result can then be eaten right next door in the beautiful dining area, with extendable table. Romantic or brightly lit, everything is possible.

The apartment can sleep up to 8 people.
1st double room: double bed (2 x 90 x 200cm)
2nd room: sofa bed (160 x 200cm), closet wall bed (double bed 140 x 200 cm), 3rd living room: sofa bed (180 x 200cm)

The 2nd room can be used as an office or as a bedroom (closet bed & sofa bed) for up to 4 people.

The bathroom is equipped with walk-in rain shower, bathtub and double sink.

The ground floor apartment has extra wide doors, guest toilet (with urinals) and underfloor heating. Garden for all use. Deck chairs and a ground terrace with lounge seating area and barbecue facilities. Parking spaces are available plus cul-de-sac with additional free parking.

The university, theater, university hospitals in Freiburg are about 10km away and can be reached by public transport. The nearest bus stop about 3 min walk away. In the vicinity you will find some restaurants, a bakery, car repair shop and a supermarket. In closer surroundings you will find some restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket. Numerous playgrounds for children, a senior playground, trim trail and beautiful forest playground with barbecue area are within easy reach.

Europapark Rust & Wasserwelt Rulantica are easily accessible in about 20 minutes via the highway. Other attractions in the region are the Steinwasenpark with a summer toboggan run and animals, the zoo Tatzmania in Löffingen, Mundenhof a beautiful open zoo in Freiburg, a fun pool in Titisee-Neustadt, Kindergalaxie and Planetarium in Freiburg. Thermal baths in Freiburg, Bad Krozingen, Bad Bellingen and Badenweiler. Great wine festivals in Pfaffenweiler and in the region.
