It comes with household furnishings, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your luggage to feel at home! The room has a security lock if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is located in the "Asnières sur Seine" neighborhood, in the centre of Asnières sur Seine. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are located near at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fitted kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave, crockery, kettle, pans, kitchen ustensils... The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron. You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, housing insurance, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, water, condominium fees. Only the washing machine and the dryer are not included in the charges, you can access them in the laundry room (3,5€ detergent included and 3€ for drying). All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The CAF for Caisse d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all, including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. Service fee : from 190€ The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of need for intervention in your accommodation. Deposit : 1100€
