My still very new and charming apartment is your ideal base for a perfect work-life balance. It is located in the west of Vienna, next to the Vienna woods (Wienerwald) and is part of the 13th district, one of the most wealthy and popular areas of Vienna.
The flat is part of a newly built townhouse complex called "Stadt des Kindes". It offers everything your heart desires: The adjacent Vienna Woods invites you, for example, to run, bike or go for a walk with the dog.
