Please note that there are stairs to be climbed within the apartment, so be prepared for that.

For guests planning an extended stay of over a month, the host is responsible for covering utility expenses up to a maximum of €150. In the event that this amount is exceeded, the guest may be required to cover the additional costs.

Late check-in is available, subject to an additional charge: €20 if it occurs after 8 pm and €40 if it takes place after 11 pm until 8 am.
Early check-ins before 8:00 am are subject to a €40 surcharge and are always available.
Late and early check-in fees are payable in cash upon arrival.

Upon check-in, we will request your identification document. Short-term rentals necessitate the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF) through a process known as the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is obligated to communicate your presence to Portuguese Immigration and SEF within 3 working days of your arrival.
