Cuenta con una cama individual (120x190cm), un armario doble, un escritorio con silla, lampara y un espejo. Tiene una ventana con vista a la calle. Es perfecta para jóvenes estudiantes y trabajadores internacionales. La habitación mide 8 m², tiene cerradura propia en la puerta.
*La ropa de cama no está incluida, solo se proporciona cubre colchón.

Charming room in Madrid in a flat located in Calle Conde de Aranda. The room is fully equipped to let you enjoy a pleasant stay with a single bed (120x190 cm), a double wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a lamp, a mirror and A/C. It has a window facing the street. You will have your own keys and a lock to keep your privacy. Is perfect for international students and young workers. The size of the room is 8 m².
*Bedding is not included (the mattress is provided only with a cover)

Apartamento de dos plantas en la calle Conde de Aranda, ubicado en el barrio de Salamanca. Tiene 14 habitaciones, 3 baños completos con ducha, lavabo y WC, y uno de ellos solo con lavabo y WC. Uno de los baños tiene una lavadora. En la segunda planta encontrarás la cocina, totalmente equipada con 3 neveras, lavadora, 2 hornos, 2 vitrocerámicas y  2 microondas. Tambien tiene un acogedor salón con TV plana, sofas y aire acondicionado. Es ideal para jóvenes estudiantes o trabajadores. La zona, ubicada a unos pocos metros del parque del Retiro, tiene todo lo que necesitas: tiendas, restaurantes, sitios turísticos, y un buen transporte público.

Two floor flat in Conde de Aranda street, in the neighbourhood of Salamanca.The flat has 14 rooms, 3 fully equipped bathrooms with WC, sink and shower and another one with only sink and WC. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine. On the 2nd floor, there's a fully equipped ktichen with 3 fridges, washing machine, 2 ovens, 2 stoves and  2 microwaves. It also has a cozy living room with a flatscreen TV, a sofa and air conditioning. It´s perfect for young students or workers. The area, located a few metres away from Retiro park, has everything you need: shops, restaurants, tourist places and good public transport connections.
