Apartment for rent in Barceloneta, totally outside, located in Vinarós street, a few minutes walk from the sea.
The night area consists of 1 room with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The day area consists of a dining room with a double sofa bed and a practical kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
It also has air conditioning and heat pump heating

The location is excellent, in the neighborhood of Barceloneta. This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues.
La Barceloneta is full of small squares that welcome us with the terraces of bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas they offer. Plaza del Llagut is the closest to the apartment, a 3 minute walk away.
The Barceloneta beach is 4 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and a snack in the afternoon with friends the rest of the year; also 5 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park.
The apartment is very close to the metro stop Barceloneta (L4) 4 minutes walk.

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
